More sections released at popular subdivision
Located 25kms south of Christchurch, Rolleston has
become one of Canterbury’s most popular areas for
people wanting to purchase a new home in a wellserviced
location, as has been evident at the popular
Falcon’s Landing subdivision.
Driven by demand Yoursection.nz, the company
developing Falcon’s Landing, is extending the
subdivision on Lincoln-Rolleston Road and has
recently released a further 50 sections to the
market. Ranging in size from 400sqm to 650sqm and
priced from $304,000, the sections offer a choice of
opportunities for potential purchasers, particularly
first-home buyers. As well, spokesperson for
Yoursection Kerry Watson says a number of existing
FL residents are now looking to take the next step and
are planning on purchasing again in the extension of
Falcon’s Landing. Once complete, the extension will
consist of over 300 sections, making Falcon’s Landing
a suburb in its own right with approximately 1000
homes. With many young families moving into Falcon’s
Landing, one of its most popular features has proved
to be the award-winning FL playground, which Kerry
says has received a lot of positive feedback. It includes
a falcon’s ‘nest’, a slide, and a tunnel for children to
enjoy, as well as a tennis court for mums and dads.
Consequently, the extension to the subdivision will
incorporate a similar playground. There will also be
a retail centre located on the corner of Ed Hillary
Drive and Lincoln-Rolleston Rd, which will offer a
restaurant, café and other food eateries as well as a
gym and other local businesses, servicing the growing
community. The centre will be known as The Link and
will have a similar look and feel as the Prebbleton
Village, Kerry says.

sales office on the corner of Saker Place and Lincoln-
Rolleston Rd and have a chat to Helen or Emily.

and Sundays. Alternatively, people can make an
