Taken as a whole, the main size categories of charter fleets<br />
in Asia-Pacific are Light, Large, and Long Range. In Australia,<br />
the largest number of charter aircraft are light-sized, whilst in<br />
India there are mainly Large and Light aircraft. Approximately<br />
77% of the charter aircraft are in the Large and Long Range size<br />
category in mainland China, which reflects the preference of<br />
Asia-Pacific as a whole.<br />
The average age of charter aircraft in Asia-Pacific is 16 years, of<br />
which Textron has the highest average age at 19 years, whilst<br />
Embraer is the youngest with an average age of 11 years. Overall,<br />
the average aircraft age of these major OEMs is mostly between<br />
