Basic Welding
This course is designed to assist you in
understanding the basics of welding. Topics
to be included: safety, safety equipment,
shield metal principles (stick welding),
MIG welding, TIG welding, types of materials,
welding positions (flat and horizontal),
rod selection and welding gases. You are
required to bring proper clothing, which
consists of a welding hood, welding jacket,
welding gloves, steel-toed shoes and safety

Licensure
Notary Public Seminar
Learn how to become a notary, what a
notary does and does not do and the seven
powers the notary has in Pennsylvania.
All of the various paper work and regulations
will be covered in preparation for
licensing. This class will fulfill the state’s
mandatory requirements for training.

Real Estate License Renewal
A 14-hour course for 2006-2008. Topics
that will be covered include mortgages,
foreclosures and tax sales, uniform construction
