Place a dime in the slot on top of the bucket.
Raise the pump-handle and the coin is both deposited
and registered. Works with dimes only.

Cromwell, Connecticut – Circa 1882
A graphic depiction of a Chinaman reclining in an
opium den while playing cards. He reveals four aces.
The moral of the lesson “Never Trust a Chinaman”.

Lot 327 Punch and Judy, Small Letters
Made by Shepard Hardware Company
Buffalo, New York – Circa 1884
Pull out the top lever to lock the fi gures in place.
Put a coin on Judy’s dust tray and press the lower
lever. Punch will rush forward to admonish Judy
with his club and she will make the deposit.

Little Red Riding Hood Musical Bank
Probably German – Circa 1938 – 1948
This attractive little bank is unknown to us. It is quite
charming and amusing. It was probably made either
just before World War II or just after it. Drop a coin
in the roof slot and the music box starts playing.
