Legal provisions for foreign architects<br />
• A foreign architect or engineer can perform works of design and expert surveillance in the Republic of<br />
Croatia if during the competition he earned a right of executing competitive work under condition of<br />
gaining permission from the Chamber of Architects.<br />
• When the design and construction of a building were assigned to a foreign person on the basis of<br />
competition, a foreign architect or engineer can perform these works under condition of gaining the<br />
permission from the Chamber of Architects.<br />
• A permission for preforming works quated above can be given to a foreign architect or engineer if he is a<br />
member of foreign Chamber of Architects of engineers under persumption of reciprocity and if he fulfills<br />
other conditions required by special regulations.<br />
• A foreign architect or engineer can temporarily perform the works of design and/or expert surveillance in<br />
the Republc of Croatia on the basis of written contract with authorised Croatian architect or engineer who
