of social housing spread over 9 plots of 8 dwellings shared between 5 prize-winning teams for Stadt und
Land Wohnbauten-Gesellschaft. Project implemented in 1996.
2- Georg Prokakis, Wilfried Kneffel, Elisabeth Meik, Thomas Wiesner / Marete Ahnfeldt-Mollerup. Berlin-
Tiergarten. Lehrter Strasse. A corner construction made up of four adjoining buildings. 60 units of social
housing, 5 commercial premises and a car park in the context of a collective commission of four
EUROPAN teams for P+R Bauträgergesellschaft. Project implemented in 1995.
3- Andreas Hild / Tillmann Kaltwasser, Immenstadt. 14 dwellings for the Sozialbau Kempten. Project
implemented in 1993.
Europan 2
1- Dimitry Bush / Alexander Khomiakov, Nathalie de Vries / Jacob van Rijs, Walter Arno Noebel, Christin
Kreplin / Hubertus Duwensee. Berlin. Bornholmer Strasse. Social housing scheme split over four plots
and shared between four EUROPAN teams and two local teams, procedure halted because of real-estate
problems.
2- Andrea Melchior / Ulrich Eckey, Kees Sigmond / Hans Sonneveld. Halberstadt. The two prize-winning
teams have participated in a working seminar with the town and the investor, and completed an urban
study. Procedure halted. Andrea Melchior / Ulrich Eckey were invited to a competition on another site.

No commitment has been made with the prize-winning teams.
