Project implemented in 1995. 3- Andreas Hild / Tillmann Kaltwasser, Immenstadt. 14 dwellings for the Sozialbau Kempten. Project implemented in 1993. Europan 2 1- Dimitry Bush / Alexander Khomiakov, Nathalie de Vries / Jacob van Rijs, Walter Arno Noebel, Christin Kreplin / Hubertus Duwensee. Berlin. Bornholmer Strasse. Social housing scheme split over four plots and shared between four EUROPAN teams and two local teams, procedure halted because of real-estate problems. 2- Andrea Melchior / Ulrich Eckey, Kees Sigmond / Hans Sonneveld. Halberstadt. The two prize-winning teams have participated in a working seminar with the town and the investor, and completed an urban study. Procedure halted.
