Early 20th century, the cap marked ''8851'', the base marked ''521'', the spreading<br />

conical shade decorated with multicolored camellias above a triple geometric band over<br />

a triple socket base, with a foliate scroll-cast spreading triangular stem over scrolled<br />

feet, electrified, 29'' H x 22'' Dia., est:$1500/2000. Literature: This model base is<br />

Condition: Good overall condition. Shade possibly associated. General marks and<br />

scratches commensurate with age and use. With some minor dirt accumulation and a<br />

few minor cracks to glass panels. Dirt accumulation to base. Bottom of base with three<br />

attached spheres which do not appear in the illustrated model, probably later additions.<br />

Wiring should be checked by a qualified electrician prior to use.<br />

1075 A Wilkinson geometric jeweled leaded glass lamp<br />

Early 20th century, the base marked ''515'', the circular spreading geometric panelled<br />

shade with apron interspersed with red glass ''jewels'', over a triple socket base with<br />

foliate-cast spreading stem over foliate and scroll-cast feet, electrified, 24'' H x 19'' Dia.,<br />

est:$1000/1500. Literature: This model base is illustrated P. Crist. ''Mosaic Shades'',<br />

Condition: Good condition overall. General light marks and scratches commensurate<br />

with age and use. Glass panels with some dirt accumulation overall. A few minor cracks<br />

to glass panels. Metal nicely cast and detailed. With some dirt accumulation and polish<br />

residue to crevices. Wiring should be checked by a qualified electrician prior to use.<br />

1076 A Unique leaded glass apple blossom lamp<br />

Early 20th century, the domed shade decorated with a band of apple blossoms on a<br />

geometric green ground over a triple socket turned stem over a circular molded dished<br />

base, electrified, 21.5'' H x 16'' Dia., est:$1000/1500. Literature: This model base,<br />

pictured with two similar model shades is illustrated P. Crist. ''Mosaic Shades,'' Vol. II.<br />

Condition: Evidently unmarked. Good overall condition. General light marks, scratches<br />

and rubbing to surface commensurate with age. Spotting and some loss of patina to<br />

stem and base. Finial edge damaged - apparently from attempt with wrench to unscrew.<br />

Shade with a few cracked green geometric panels. Fewer cracked floral panels.<br />

Floral band with dirt accumulation to crevices, would benefit from proper cleaning.<br />

One pull chain lacking acorn tassel. Wiring should be checked by a qualified electrician<br />

prior to use.<br />

1077 A Unique scenic painted chipped glass lamp<br />

Early 20th century, the shade possibly Handel, underside of base with cloth ''Handel /<br />

Lamps'' label, the domed chipped glass shade reverse painted with a scene of a cottage<br />

on a hill above a rocky lake shore, over a triple socket base with spreading stem over a<br />

molded circular foot, electrified, 22.5'' H x 14'' Dia., est:$1500/2000. Literature: This<br />

model base is illustrated and identified as ''The most common Unique base'', P. Crist.<br />

''Mosaic Shades, Vol. II''. Santa Fe Springs: Paul Crist Studios, 2005, p. 47<br />

Condition: Generally good condition overall. With some dirt accumulation to shade and<br />

minor chips at top aperture and bottom edge. Top cap dented inward and misshapen.<br />

Finial with rough edge as if turned with pliers. Base with some denting along bottom<br />

edge. With a spotty green surface overall. Some rubbed losses to patina. Re-wired.<br />

Wiring should be checked by a qualified electrician prior to use.
