The College is not subject to any particular or signifi cant<br />
environmental regulation.<br />
Indemnifi cation and Insurance of Councillors<br />
The College holds appropriate insurance for the<br />
Councillors’ liabilities.<br />
Councillor’s Benefi ts<br />
No Councillor, since the end of the previous fi nancial<br />
period, has received or has become entitled to receive<br />
a benefi t by reason of a contract made by the College<br />
or a related corporation with a member of the Council<br />
or with a fi rm of which a Councillor is a member or<br />
with a company in which a Councillor has a substantial<br />
fi nancial interest.<br />
Court Proceedings<br />
No person has applied for leave of the Court to bring<br />
proceedings on behalf of the College or intervene in<br />
any proceedings to which the College is a party for the<br />
purpose of taking responsibility on behalf of the College<br />
for all or any part of those proceedings. The College was<br />
not a party to any such proceedings during the year.<br />
Auditor’s Independence Declaration<br />
A copy of the auditor’s independence declaration as<br />
required under section 307C of the Corporations Act 2001<br />
is set out on page 44.<br />
