<strong>to</strong> be flexible and adaptable as <strong>the</strong> situation changes and <strong>to</strong> never lose sight of <strong>the</strong> fact<br />

that <strong>the</strong> family is <strong>the</strong> primary focus. The family is go<strong>in</strong>g <strong>to</strong> have good days and bad days.<br />

So please remember not <strong>to</strong> take th<strong>in</strong>gs personally, and encourage o<strong>the</strong>rs also <strong>to</strong> be<br />

<strong>to</strong>lerant and k<strong>in</strong>d. The family is go<strong>in</strong>g through a difficult situation, and your role is <strong>to</strong><br />

help make it a little easier, not add <strong>to</strong> it <strong>in</strong> any way.<br />
