The accuracies <strong>of</strong> x, y, z coordinates <strong>of</strong> dynamic orbit determination <strong>of</strong> an IGSO satellite located at λ=60° are<br />

±0.54, ±0.41 and ±0.33 meters respectively. The accuracies <strong>of</strong> an IGSO satellite located at λ= -10° are ±0.78,<br />

±1.84 and ±1.42 meters respectively.<br />

The figures above show the possible accuracy <strong>of</strong> dynamic orbit determination <strong>of</strong> IGSO satellites using 8 ESA<br />

ground tracking stations. Using Kalman filter and range observations with one meter error, 1 m accuracy <strong>of</strong><br />

dynamic orbit determination <strong>of</strong> IGSO satellites can be achieved. If other conditions are the same as above,<br />

considering unmodeled errors in the satellite dynamic models, propagation and some unknown errors, the<br />

accuracy <strong>of</strong> IGSO satellite better than ±3 meters can be achieved without difficulty.<br />

The accuracies <strong>of</strong> GEO satellites are shown in Figure 9-18 to Figure 9-20<br />
