Bug 4217 - New Signaling mode choice for E1
Add the choice "NONE (30 TS)" to the "Signaling mode" choice list to E1 framer ports.
When the port is configured with this value, the behavior is similar to "NONE" signaling
mode, except that the timeslot 16 is not used for a configuration with many consecutive
timeslot.
CLI example Where the E1 framer port is configured to use 30 timeslots from 1 to 31, but skipping the
timeslot 16
