Uno <strong>de</strong> los aspectos mas importantes y por tanto claves en el concepto <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>sarrollo en el<br />
que se inscribe el presente estudio <strong>de</strong> línea <strong>de</strong> base, es la necesidad <strong>de</strong> incorporar la<br />
dimensiones <strong>de</strong> sustentabilidad ambiental en el proceso <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>sarrollo; toda vez que este, esta<br />
referido la capacidad <strong>de</strong> sustento <strong>de</strong> los ecosistemas locales y urbanos, por tal consi<strong>de</strong>ración<br />
básicamente en esta sección <strong>de</strong>l indicador se ha consi<strong>de</strong>rado el tratamiento y disposición <strong>de</strong><br />
los residuos sólidos en las zonas urbanas.
