Some say that they are going off in search of their real self. Is it such a problem to see that you already are
and MUST be the very thing you seek. All that is necessary is to see and know directly, in the here and now,
that you already are THAT.
If there is a belief that the habitual views are obscuring the view, so it is OBVIOUS that it is very necessary
to see through them – NOW. No one can do this for you.
However, with some directions from one who is actually free, one who has and does see through and so is
not limited by the habitual content of mind, then something fresh and new is possible.
Algunos dicen que están a la búsqueda de su ‘yo’ real. ¿Es tan problemático ver que tú
ya eres, y DEBES ser, la cosa misma que estás buscando? Todo lo que se necesita es ver
y conocer directamente, en el aquí y ahora, que tú ya eres ESO.
Si hay la creencia de que las visiones habituales están oscureciendo la visión, entonces
debe ser OBVIO que es imprescindible ver ‘a través’ de ellas – AHORA. Nadie puede
hacer eso por ti. Sin embargo, con algunas directivas provenientes de aquel realmente
libre, que ha ‘visto a través’ y que no está limitado por el habitual contenido de la
mente, entonces algo fresco e inédito es posible.
Theories and postulations are not needed. Seeing is seeing. Knowing is knowing. There is no theoretical
seeing and knowing. Such ideas are merely ideas. Intellectual seeing is
just conceptual. The naked non-conceptual activity called seeing is already with you
and it is what you are. It is clear and empty.
Teorías y postulaciones no son necesarias. Ver es ver. Conocer es conocer. No hay
ningún ver o conocer teoréticos. Tales ideas son meramente ideas. El ver intelectual es
sólo conceptual. La desnuda actividad no-conceptual llamada ‘ver’, ya está contigo, y es
lo que tú eres. Es clara y vacía.
The belief in this self-centre is what distorts the perception. All sufferings arise from this distortion – that
selfcenteredness.

Be the seeing and nothing but the seeing.
See whatever comes up and recognize that it is seen through spontaneously.
You are this immediate activity of seeing. This may sound too simplistic and even ridiculous to some. Who
cares?
You are the seeing. Too simple!
The freedom is in seeing the truth of it and knowing the truth of it for yourself.
Sé el ver y nada más que el ver.
Vé cualquier cosa que aparezca y reconoce que es ‘vista a través’ espontáneamente.
Tú eres esta inmediata actividad de ver. Esto puede sonar demasiado simplista, e
incluso ridículo, para algunos. ¿A quién le importa?
Tú eres el ver. ¡Simplísimo!
La libertad está en ver la verdad de ello y conocer la verdad de ello, por ti mismo.
Then you don’t have to take anyone’s word to be the reality ever again.
