En Córdoba es un placer acompañar un vino de Montilla-Moriles con una tapa de buen queso curado, una cazuelita de salmorejo o de mazamorra, o bien con un buen jamón de los Pedroches. Las posibilidades de tapeo son infinitas y ya no se asocian exclusivamente a la taberna tradicional, sino que se reinventan dando lugar al concepto de gastrotabernas y gastrobares, que acercan la alta cocina al gran público en forma de tapas de autor. In Cordoba, it’s a pleasure to accompany a Montilla–Moriles wine with a tapa of good, cured cheese, a small dish of salmorejo or mazamorra soup or even some savoury Pedroches ham. The possibilities are endless and going out for tapas is no longer exclusively associated with the traditional tavern but has been reinvented giving rise to the concept of gastrotaverns and gastro-bars which bring haute cuisine closer to the general public in the form of signature tapas.
