THE BOOK
I’m here to talk to you about this new technology most of you haven’t heard of it yet. Its
name is book. It is a better version of the e-reader. It is used completely wireless and you
don’t have the need to charge it because the battery will never run out of energy. You
can use it wherever you want, as it doesn’t need any connections such as Wi-Fi or 3G.
You will only need some light and free time, of course. Even though it has a lot of
applications, it is usually used to entertain.
It is like a movie that goes directly to your brain through your eyes. It is classified into
chapters and each chapter has between one and infinite pages. When you finish a
page you can turn to the next one with a really easy and comfortable movement of
your fingers.
It has lots of complements such as a portable light or a bookrest. I know most of you
won’t even know what a bookrest is. Don’t worry; I can explain it to you. A bookrest is an
engine made of wood that holds the book you’re reading in that moment in order to
avoid your arms getting tired of holding the weight of the book by themselves.
Another complement is a pair of glasses, or one magnifying glass to make the reading
easier by making letters bigger. This might be really useful for old or middle-aged people
that can’t see perfectly well without glasses.
