El Basque Culinary Center está situado en la parte alta <strong>de</strong><br />
la ciudad, en un entorno <strong>de</strong> naturaleza, <strong>de</strong>ntro <strong>de</strong>l Parque<br />
Científico y Tecnológico <strong>de</strong> Gipuzkoa.<br />
Un edificio <strong>de</strong> arquitectura singular que alberga la<br />
primera Facultad <strong>de</strong> Ciencias Gastronómicas, adscrita a<br />
Mondragon Unibertsitatea.<br />
El Basque Culinary Center está dotado <strong>de</strong> unas<br />
instalaciones que permiten también encuentros<br />
empresariales, convenciones, presentaciones, etc.,<br />
acompañadas, en su caso, <strong>de</strong> activida<strong>de</strong>s gastronómicas<br />
<strong>de</strong> primer nivel.<br />
15.000 m 2 <strong>de</strong>dicados a la formación gastronómica, a<br />
la investigación, a las activida<strong>de</strong>s <strong>de</strong> entusiastas <strong>de</strong> la<br />
gastronomía y a reuniones y convenciones <strong>de</strong> empresas.<br />

Gipuzkoa Science and Technology Park.<br />
A building of unique architecture which houses the first<br />
Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences, affiliated with the<br />
University of Mondragon.<br />
The Basque Culinary Center is equipped with facilities<br />
that also allow business meetings, conventions,<br />
presentations, etc., accompanied, where appropriate, with<br />
first class gastronomic activities.<br />
