El Basque Culinary Center está situado en la parte alta de
la ciudad, en un entorno de naturaleza, dentro del Parque
Científico y Tecnológico de Gipuzkoa.
Un edificio de arquitectura singular que alberga la
primera Facultad de Ciencias Gastronómicas, adscrita a
Mondragon Unibertsitatea.
El Basque Culinary Center está dotado de unas
instalaciones que permiten también encuentros
empresariales, convenciones, presentaciones, etc.,
acompañadas, en su caso, de actividades gastronómicas
de primer nivel.
15.000 m 2 dedicados a la formación gastronómica, a
la investigación, a las actividades de entusiastas de la
gastronomía y a reuniones y convenciones de empresas.
The Basque Culinary Center is located in the higher
part of the city, within a natural environment, inside the
Gipuzkoa Science and Technology Park.
A building of unique architecture which houses the first
Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences, affiliated with the
University of Mondragon.
The Basque Culinary Center is equipped with facilities
that also allow business meetings, conventions,
presentations, etc., accompanied, where appropriate, with
first class gastronomic activities.
