entrenamiento de fuerza, además de un logroen la potencia anaeróbica pico 23,24 .En el momento 3, al final de las 12 semanas detrabajo, los valores de potencia anaeróbica delG1 fue de 320,45 para 338,63 vatios, un aumentode 5% y que no representó un aumento significativo,y el G2 presentó una reducción de 348,43a 347,84 vatios, no representó una disminuciónsignificativa. Al parecer los 2 grupos sufrieroninterferencia del entrenamiento aeróbico,cuando buscamos desarrollar la potencia anaeróbicamáxima, como ya demostrado en otrosestudios 16,24,30 . Pudimos observar la interferenciadel entrenamiento aeróbico, ya que el G2 nopresentó ningún aumento, incluso una pequeñadisminución, suponiendo así una interferenciadel entrenamiento aeróbico sobre el de fuerza,y el G1 que entrenó en las últimas 6 semanasfuerza, demostró un aumento en la potenciaanaeróbica máxima, pero el aumento no fuesignificativo y tampoco mostró ganancias en lamisma proporción del G2 que entrenó fuerzaprimero, apuntando así para una interferenciadel entrenamiento aeróbico sobre el de fuerzadesarrollado después.CONCLUSIÓNNuestro estudio verificó en la potencia anaeróbicaaumento como respuesta al entrenamientode fuerza de 6 semanas. Pero, al final de las 12semanas de trabajo las respuestas de la potenciaanaeróbica no fueron las mismas, mostrando queel entrenamiento aeróbico realizado después delde fuerza, puede ser suficiente para mantenerlas prestaciones logradas, no para desarrollar lamisma. La interferencia del entrenamiento aeróbicosobre el de fuerza y la correspondenciainversa existe y nosotros hemos encontrado,perjudicando el desarrollo del parámetro derendimiento estudiado, pero, el control de variables:como intensidad, duración y grado inicialde entrenamiento pueden ayudar para que estasdiferencias sean mermadas o hasta desaparezcan.REFERENCIAS1.
