This workshop will cover the importance of establishing a Unique Competitive Edge<br />

as a first step in developing a sales strategy. The basic elements for creating a sales<br />

approach will be discussed, including:<br />

lead generation (cold call, advertising, direct mail, e-mail, etc)<br />
