créditos nuevamente, aunado a incentivos
petrolero.
BV: Bajo las condiciones económicas
actuales, ¿qué espera o estima para 2020 en
materia económica?
hyperinflation, recover the oil industry
and solve the problem of the default of
the external debt. These require political
will, a quality macroeconomic program,
strengthening the institutional framework
of the country, and understand the need
for a free market oriented economy.
These would be monetary, exchange and
fiscal policy always within the framework
of macroeconomic coordination, where
monetary incentive policy is harmonized
by the hand of an economic recovery
plan. This will allow liquidity to boost
loans again, tied with fiscal incentives for
business sector oriented to the production
of goods and services, increasing
domestic production, and then intervening
in exchange market with the intention
of restoring the participation of the BCV.
And also pressing the exchange rate
down by means of economic recovery and
dismantling of controls.
BV: The focal point of the three
economists regarding this point revolves
around a real macroeconomic plan
that attacks the main difficulties and, in
opens up a market free of controls and
political will to promote productivity.
Oriented to achieve a sustainable
economic development and directed in a
responsible way by the economic actors,
giving way to foreign investments in the
competitive sectors of the nation such as
the oil sector
BV: Under current economic conditions,
what do you expect or estimate for 2020
in economic matters?
