Absolute : l’espace couvert idéal
La toute nouvelle structure haut de gamme Absolute peut s’enorgueillir de proposer une
série d’innovations techniques en phase avec les attentes actuelles les plus exigeantes.

et les capacités de production de
Spaciotempo se sont jointes à
l’expérience d’Hall Expo et Owen
Brown, respectivement 20 et 90 ans
de pratique dans l’événementiel.
Ensemble, ces entreprises ont
travaillé sur cinq objectifs : faciliter
l’aménagement intérieur, améliorer le
rendu acoustique, optimiser le confort
thermique, moderniser l’esthétique,
et garantir la sécurité. L’alliance
de l’expérience et de l’innovation –
Spaciotempo intègre une équipe
R&D – a ainsi donné naissance à
une solution nouvelle génération,
alliant qualité et flexibilité. Parmi
les nouveautés de la structure figure
le FIDS (Fully Integrated Decoration
System) qui inclut, directement
dans l’ossature, les éléments
permettant l’installation rapide
de l’éclairage et de la décoration.
Côté isolation, un nouveau bardage
« coque » absorbe les nuisances
sonores et atténue la résonnance
liée aux éléments climatiques. Les
innovations techniques optimisent
aussi l’étanchéité et l’efficience
énergétique de la structure. Côté
esthétique, outre le bardage coque
conçu exclusivement pour GL events,
deux designs de toiture ont été créés
(toit courbe et toit plat). Enfin, la
sécurité des personnes travaillant sur
le chantier a été renforcée, grâce à
des dispositifs limitant les risques de
chute. La structure, qui répond aux
normes françaises et internationales,
est déjà disponible en versions 10 m,
12 m et 15 m de long, pour une
hauteur de 4 m. Le bureau d’études
travaille actuellement sur les versions
25 m, 30 m, 40 m et 50 m, ainsi que
sur une version double étage. Dans
le contexte économique actuel,
GL events a choisi de parier sur
l’avenir, en investissant 4,5 millions
d’euros dans cette structure au fort
potentiel.

The brand new, top-of-therange
structure, Absolute, is
proud to be able to offer a whole
range of innovative techniques in perfect
harmony with all the most demanding
requirements of today.
“Absolute” is product with a name that speaks
volumes: it is the result of creative synergy within the
Structure and Tribunes pole at GL events. Mastery of
aluminium frames and the production capacities of
Spaciotempo have joined forces with the experience
of Hall Expo and Owen Brown, who have respectively
20 and 90 years’ practice in event organisation.
Together, these companies have worked on five main
aims: making interiors easier to fit-out, improving
acoustics, optimising thermal comfort, modernising
the aesthetics and guaranteeing security. The
alliance of experience and innovation – Spaciotempo
has integrated an R&D team – has thus produced a
new generation solution that combines quality with
flexibility. One of the things new to the structure is
the FIDS (Fully Integrated Decoration System) which
includes, directly in the frame, elements that make
it easy to install both lighting and decoration. For the
insulation, a new “shell” cladding absorbs sound and
attenuates the resonance associated with climatic
elements. The technical innovations also optimise
the structure’s waterproofing and energy efficiency.
From an aesthetic point of view, in addition to the shell
cladding that was specially designed for GL events,
two roof designs have been created (curved or flat).
Finally, the safety of the people working on the site
has been enhanced thanks to devices that limit
the risk of falling. The structure, which satisfies
both French and international standards, is already
available in versions 10 m, 12 m and 15 m long,
with a height of 4 m. The research office is currently
working on the 25 m, 30 m, 40 m and 50 m versions,
as well as a two-storey version. In the current
economic climate, GL events has chosen to focus
on the future, by investing 4.5 million euros in this
structure with great potential.
