Pathologie des bourses chez l'enfant et l'adolescent à l 'hôpital Central de Yaoundé.<br />

• Testicular torsion represents 36.7 %. It predominate at 16 to 18 years<br />

age group.<br />

• Trauma (6.1 %),<br />

• orchitis and/or orchipididymitis (4.08 %),<br />

• Cancer (2 %)<br />

• Fournier gangrene (2 %).<br />

Conclusion<br />

We concluded that :<br />

- scrotal sac diseases are frequent and varied in children and adolescent at the<br />

Yaounde Central hospital<br />

- The disease include the following clinicaI classification:<br />

o Non tender scrotallumps (61.2 %)<br />

o Testicular migration disorder (25.6 %)<br />

o Acute scrotum (13 %)<br />

- There are few paraclinical investigations.<br />
