CHAPITRE III: EVALUATION ET IMPACT DU PROJET Ce chapitre se divise en trois sections telles que l’évaluation financière, l’évaluation économique et l’évaluation sociale du projet que nous aillons découvrir successivement. Section 1: Évaluation financière selon les outils et les critères d’évaluation. Compte tenu des normes et des contraintes imposées à ce projet, et à partir des études techniques et commerciales déjà réalisées, l’évaluation permet de prendre des décisions précises d’investissement et de financement. Généralement, l’évaluation porte sur l’appréciation de la rentabilité espérée ainsi que sur l’apport de l’entreprise à son milieu environnementale. L’évaluation financière fournit un outil qui nous permet de décider si un projet est acceptable ou à rejeter. De nombreux critères sont disponibles à utiliser mais souvent, recourons aux critères dont on privilégie les contraintes de solvabilité et les contraintes de rentabilité. 1.1.La Valeur Actualisée Nette (VAN) VAN = [ ∑ ( Résultat + Amortissement ) ] ( 1 + i ) -n - Investissement R désigne le revenu ou toutes les recettes possibles ou le résultat.
