Selama tahun 2008-2010, DJA telah berhasil
membangun Sistem Informasi dan Manajemen
Penganggaran, berbagai aplikasi yang memudahkan
pelaksanaan tugas seperti aplikasi RKA-KL yang
secara terus menerus diperbaiki agar memudahkan
penggunanya serta telah pula disusun
Masterplan IT DJA
From 2008 to 2010 the DGB managed to complete
Budgeting Management and Information System and
other useful applications such as Ministry Work Plan
and Budget application. Those applications undergo
constant improvement to enhance user-friendliness,
and the DGB has prepared an IT master plan.
Selain itu DJA telah memutuskan untuk mengelola
sendiri fasilitas infrastruktur TI untuk pengoperasian
layanan-layanan TI DJA. Hal ini dilakukan karena
database belum tersimpan secara terpusat dan
mandiri sehingga berisiko terjadi kebocoran
informasi yang bisa disalahgunakan oleh pihak lain
yang mengakses data tersebut. Oleh karena itu
sebaiknya DJA memiliki ruang server sendiri sehingga
aset informasi dan data yang dimiliki DJA dikuasai
dan dikelola sepenuhnya oleh DJA.
In addition, the DGB has decided to manage its own
IT infrastructure facilities on which the DGB operate
its IT services. This is done because the database is
not stored centrally and independently, rendering the
database prone to information leakage that can be
misused by anyone accessing the data. Therefore,
the DGB needs to have a room specially allocated for
servers to make certain that the DGB has a full
control of its own data and information asset.
E. Pengukuran Kinerja
Seiring dengan pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi, DJA
menerapkan pengukuran kinerja dengan
menggunakan Balanced Scored Card, dengan telah
menetapkan Depkeu-One sebagai turunan dari
Depkeu-Wide berikut penajaman sasaran strategis
dan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU). Pengukuran
kinerja ini dituangkan dalam kontrak kinerja Direktur
Jenderal Anggaran kepada Menteri Keuangan serta
kontrak kinerja para Direktur kepada Direktur
Jenderal Anggaran.
E. Performance Appraisal
In keeping with the bureaucracy reform, the DGB has
adopted Balanced Scorecard approach to
performance measurement. It has been decided that
the Ministry of Finance-Wide (Depkeu-Wide) is
translated into Ministry of Finance-One (Depkeu-
One) along with a set of detailed strategic objectives
and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Performance
measurement is set forth in performance contract
that the Director General of Budget has pledged to
the Minister of Finance and all directors to the
Director General of Budget.
