Affordances
The hamburger main menu is now a panel on the
home screen where we also added search bar for
effective and quick searches.
We noticed that most of the Menu items that were segregated into
groups only contained one or two items when clicked. Hence instead of
re-grouping, we listed out the contents according to their usage, hence
reducing the number of clicks and confusions regarding “What to group
to click on to go to a specific task?”
The new hamburger main menu is more affordances with an explicit
menu and conventional search bar. Specific services are listed below
the usage category with smaller font size, with this constraint, the users
is able to locate the services quicker.
Result: People are now less-likely to miss-direct them to unwanted url’s
and can find services they’re looking for easily.
