1. Users have to complete some online services because of work/study requirements.
2. Users care about how to find where to access to service is important for users when doing
online services;
3. Display key information in the obvious area on the website is important for users;
4. Good colour scheme and contrast for the text and image on the website provides users
enjoyment experience;
5. Users care about account security.
Fig. 6-12 provided a zoom-in version of each segment of the significant features, where the text on
sticky notes is more readable. Specifically, Fig. 6 listed all the online self-services that the
interviewees mentioned. Fig. 7 introduced the role of interviewees and how much time they
usually spend online or on a specific online self-service. Fig. 8 grouped notes based on the
importance of online self-services. Fig. 9 clustered notes that clarifying users need effective
navigation to the services. Fig. 10 illustrates that the interviewee would prefer that needed
information is displayed on the webpage. Fig. 11 mentioned that some interviewees preferred the
good-looking appearance of the website. Fig. 12 mentioned the user's concern about account
security.
