Conclusion
MyUFL’s website is supposed to help gators working with UF and do their everyday time tracking,
viewing payments, scholarships, view benefits etc, all in one place, Effectively. When we first
visited the website, our team found several improvements that can be made to the website. We
conducted UX exercises, interviewed other users of the website, deduced the user needs and then
proposed a redesign of the website. We think that this redesign, if implemented, will be a better
version of the current website, adding to its effectiveness, efficiency, safety and aesthetics. As we
follow, “No design is perfect”, our redesign too might have some improvements that we might add
to the website in the future.
