5. We added a greeting below the search bar, which indicates the login status (Geen box 5 in
Fig. 19).
6. We provided a calendar and a side section for the coming deadline so that the user can
manage their schedule more efficiently (Green box 6 in Fig. 19).
7. We added the UF colour-centre to the interface. We uniformed the text font of headings
and normal text respectively so that the font format is consistent.

However, after discussion, we found this version still has the following shortcomings:
1. Users have to click on the category block to access a narrow down sub-category and go
back to the home page to check other activities if they don’t know which service belongs to
what category.
2. The “To do” list is confusing. Firstly, users may not use myUFL to write their to-do list;
secondly, the write icon fails to map the text entry correctly ( conflict in location), so the
user may not know where to add things (Red box 7 in Fig. 19).
