Storyboard

According to our scenario, we made a storyboard to illustrate Shavank’s story (Fig. 16). We

bought a situation when he is busy with his life and has a lot of tasks to do. Previously, he

preferred completing these services online on myUFL. However, the myUFL website is so

confusing to use that he has to ask for help. He was told about the new design of myUFL.

Finally, he is satisfied with the new design in which he can complete the services quickly and

easily!

In conclusion, the above user research provided us with some insights towards the redesign

solutions. The interviews were helpful for us to learn more about the user experience of online

self-services and the factors that might affect their experience. Then, the user needs concluded

from the interviews and the derived scenario implied several goals for our redesign.

Proposed Design Solution

With the user needs as a guideline, we brainstormed some design solutions. Every team

member came up with several redesign ideas and explained the rationale based on the user

needs and the interactive UX design concept. Then, we discussed and proposed the final

solution.
