Feedback
A nice greeting along with the login status of the user and
his profile picture can give an essence of personalization
and a friendly experience. The greeting is also a feedback
to let the user aware that they are logged in.
Extra Information Gained.
Mapping
Color cues and visual cues on widgets and buttons is mapping to the
specific function, so that might help user navigate effectively and get
updates on his metrics.
Eg: -a Progress bar would help a user to get insights on how many
hours are left from his weekly hours. Accordingly he/ she can perform.
-a Weekly pay graph on the Latest Pay widget can help a User to get
insights about his pay and perform better next time.
-Icons are removed and Text is added to exactly know more about the
items on the top tab.
