Organizarea atelierului: o rut<strong>in</strong>a com<strong>un</strong>a<br />

Iata cateva <strong>ghid</strong>ari pentru a putea fi impartasite cu participantii <strong>in</strong> timpul atelierului.<br />

Pregatire:<br />

• Ina<strong>in</strong>te <strong>de</strong> a <strong>in</strong><strong>ce</strong>pe, materialele trebuie aranjate cu ajutorul tuturor. Vesela<br />

si alte ustensile folosite trebuie sa fie curate si fara miros ca sa evitati nedoritele<br />

contam<strong>in</strong>ari senzoriale. Este <strong>de</strong> preferat ca mostrele sa fie marcate<br />

cu coduri d<strong>in</strong> trei litere sau numere. Temperatura <strong>in</strong>gredientelor pot avea<br />

<strong>un</strong> efect consi<strong>de</strong>rabil asupra proprietatilor senzoriale asa ca verificati daca<br />

a<strong>ce</strong>asta este constanta <strong>in</strong>tre <strong>de</strong>gustari.<br />

Alertarea simturilor:<br />

• Participantii ar trebui sa se pregateasca cu <strong>ce</strong>l put<strong>in</strong> o ora <strong>in</strong>a<strong>in</strong>te <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>gustare,<br />

evitand ori<strong>ce</strong> mancare sau bautura (<strong>in</strong> special cafea, sucuri d<strong>in</strong> fructe,<br />

dulciuri, ciocolata, guma <strong>de</strong> mestecat, etc) si spalatul pe d<strong>in</strong>ti sau folosirea<br />

parfumurilor, pentru a nu conf<strong>un</strong>da simturile.<br />

P<strong>un</strong>ctualitatea:<br />

• P<strong>un</strong>ctualitatea este importanta <strong>de</strong>oare<strong>ce</strong> <strong>in</strong>tarzierile pot distrage grupul.<br />

Explicatia programului:<br />

• Dupa clarificarea obiectivelor com<strong>un</strong>e si pro<strong>ce</strong>durilor ne<strong>ce</strong>sare pentru a le<br />

at<strong>in</strong>ge, explicand <strong>in</strong> particular folosirea formelor si aspectelor limbajului <strong>de</strong>scriptive,<br />

fiecare trebuie sa aiba sansa <strong>de</strong> a se exprima si a p<strong>un</strong>e <strong>in</strong>trebari.<br />

L<strong>in</strong>istea:<br />

• L<strong>in</strong>istea este importanta <strong>in</strong> timpul experientelor, <strong>de</strong>oare<strong>ce</strong> ori<strong>ce</strong> zgomot poate<br />

fi <strong>de</strong>ranjant. Ina<strong>in</strong>tea term<strong>in</strong>arii testelor schimburi <strong>de</strong> impresii se pot fa<strong>ce</strong><br />

doar <strong>in</strong> grup.
