110g smantana dulce pt. frisca<br />

2 g gelatina<br />

Peste crema de alune se toarna smantana fierbine si se pune totul in blender - se mixeaza, se adauga si<br />

gelatina dizolvata in putina apa calda si se mai mixeaza putin.<br />

Se scoate tortul din forma si se toarna glazura peste el imbracand si marginile. Se da putin la frigider dupa<br />

care marginile se "imbraca" in alune tocate.<br />

Deasupra se decoreaza cu alune si ciocolata... dupa preferinta...<br />

27. NUGATINE<br />

Ingrediente (pentru aproximativ 50 de bucati):<br />

- 4 albusuri;<br />

- 250g zahar;<br />

- o cana si jumatate de nuca macinata sau alune macinate;<br />

- 1 plic zahar vanilat.<br />

Albusul se bate intr-un castron pana devine o spuma tare (aproximativ 10 minute),<br />

dupa care se adauga treptat zaharul si zaharul vanilat.<br />
