Evidence of the creation of the sanocreatological nutrition theory is adduced in the paper.
The mistakes in the organization of nutrition are analysed in the light of sanocreatology. The
basic postulates of the sanocreatological nutrition theory are furnished as well.

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF ISCHEMIA MODIFIED ALBUMIN IN THE
DIAGNOSTICS OF CHRONIC HEART FAILURE IN CHILDREN AND

This paper reports the results of examination of 62 patients divided in two groups with
chronic heart failure con rmed by the data of clinical and paraclinical examination. The
investigations performed show that the patients with chronic heart failure develop hypoxic and
ischemic processes, that lead to high concentrations of cardiac protein indicators in blood serum
– ischemia-modi ed albumin. Ischemia-modi ed albumin was determined from serum using an
albumin cobalt-binding test. The method proposed by us for appreciation of modi ed albumin
in ischemic injury, which is albumin cobalt binding test, has high precision and sensitivity in
this condition. This level was achieved after developing a proper reactive medium as a mixture
of certain substances and by measuring the optical density in adequate conditions. The results
were independent of the Cobalt solution percentage that was used for studying the ischemic
modi ed albumin as a predictor. Therefore, we applied the description of this protein to estimate
its pathological reactivity in children and adolescents con rming high reactivity in the serum of
patients with chronic heart failure.

The recent literature data on the role of various cerebella structures (vermis, medial zone,
intermediate zone, and lateral zones of cerebella hemispheres) in the regulation of sensoriomotor
functions are analyzed in the article. The importance and function of various neural structures
of the cerebellum relationship with truncular subcortical and cortical formations of the brain
involved in sensoriomotor control is described by the author. The literature data on the role of
cerebellum in organizing the time-keeping process – a (rhythm generating) are presented and the
neuronal network involved in this process (network timing model) is discussed in the article.
