“Samaras & Partners” Group of Companies offers integrated
solutions in both the private and the public sector, supports

of engineering and consulting services, having a very broad
customer base of over 6.000 companies, international groups,
chambers, federations, banking institutions, legal entities of
the public entities, agencies of all kinds, owners and managers
of immovable assets; such customer base is supported and
serviced, on a daily basis, by a workforce of 300 permanent
associates, engineers, economists and other scientific
disciplines.

approach, pursued for many years now, can be achieved by
providing economic and engineering consulting services
at all stages of an investment. From the very inception of a

the optimal location planning (assessment and indication of
properties), to ensure subsidies, carry out any technical survey
required (topographical drawing, architectural survey, statics,
electromechanical plans, energy design), to organize and
supervise the construction, to issue an operation license and
to provide specialized services throughout the life span of a
business, i.e. providing consulting services on health & safety
issues, the development of management systems and the
training of personnel.
Based on our principles and values, the absolute and
unequivocal focus on result and the creation of capital gain for
the customer, although the country is in recession, our Group

of the country, as well as by many foreign investors, since we
