12 PANORAMA KONFEKSİYON TEKNİK ŞUBAT | FEBRUARY | 2019 Türk Eximbank Genel Müdürü Adnan Yıldırım, ihracat için 2019 yılının çok daha önemli bir yıl olacağını belirterek, toplam ihracatın yüzde 27’sini finanse etmek istediklerini söyledi. Sanayicinin ihracat yapmasını önemsediklerini belirten Yıldırım, şöyle devam etti: “Bizim yılsonu hedefimiz 11 bin ihracatçıyı yakalamaktı. 2017 yılında bu sayı 7 bin 700’dü. Sayın Bakanımız Ruhsar Pekcan açıkladı, bu sayı 11 bin 15 kişiyi buldu. Biz hedefimizi yakaladık. Bizim hedefimiz sadece ihracatçı sayısını yakalamak değil. Önemli olan bir diğer gösterge de KOBİ’lerimizi desteklemek. Verdiğimiz desteğin maliyetini artırmamak da çok önemi hedeflerimiz arasında. Biz ne 2017 yılında ne de 2018 yılında ihracatçılarımıza verdiğimiz desteğin kredi programlarının faizlerini hiç artırmadık. Sadece Türk lirası faizlerini önceki aydan itibaren Hazine faizinin yüzde 70’ine endeksledik. Temmuz, ağustos ve eylül aylarında talebin bizden daha fazla olduğu ve hassasiyetin arttığı dönemlerde Yıldırım who has said in his statement that, Kayseri is an important industrial city in Central Anatolia and they have become closer to the exporters with the Türk Eximbank’s branch offices they had opened. We indexed only Turkish lira interest rates to 70 percent of the Treasury interest rate from the previous month. We will also support our exporters both with our domestic support programs and also foreign buyer credit programs as well. We do not expect an economic crisis for 2019. We didn’t expect it in 2018 either, and we didn’t act like that we have been facing crises in those hard times. We have gone on without disrupting our support and we did not increase our costs. We have spent more times with our industrialists in order to overcome the problems and integrate with them on those days. We continue at the same pace. 2019 will be a year in which we will increase our support in real terms. Toplam ihracatın ise yüzde 27’sini finanse etmek istiyoruz. Bunu, maliyetleri artırmadan daha çok KOBİ’ye destek vererek yapmaya çalışacağız.” diye konuştu. 2018 yılının ihracat için önemli bir yıl olduğunu vurgulayan Yıldırım, şunları kaydetti: “İhracat için 2019 çok daha önemli bir yıl olacak. Çünkü 2019 yılında şirketlerimiz hem daha çok ihracat yapacaklar hem de bankamızla daha çok çalışacaklar. Biz de hem yurt içi destek programlarımız hem de yurt dışı alıcı kredi programlarıyla ihracatçıları daha çok destekleyeceğiz. 2019 için bir ekonomik kriz beklemiyoruz. 2018 yılında da beklemiyorduk, o zor günlerde de hiç kriz var gibi davranmadık. Desteklerimizi aksatmadan, maliyetlerimizi yükseltmeden, sanayicilerimizle daha çok bütünleşerek ve çalışarak o günleri geçirdik. Aynı tempoda devam ediyoruz. 2019 reel olarak desteğimizi artıracağımız bir yıl olacak. Finansman maliyetlerinde de ilave tasarruflar sağlayacağımız bir yıl olacak.”
