Research methodology
W opracowaniu zostały wykorzystane dane z ponad 10 000
spotkań i rozmów telefonicznych przeprowadzonych z kandydatami
przez konsultantów Goldman Recruitment w 2016 roku
w ramach projektów rekrutacyjnych zleconych nam przez klientów.
Wynagrodzenia zaprezentowane w raporcie są wynagrodzeniami
całkowitymi brutto miesięcznie z uzwględnieniem premii.
Średnie zostałe zaprezentowane jako mediana, co oznacza że
połowa obserwacji znajduje się powyżej i poniżej jej wartości.
Dodatkowo wynagrodzenia zostały zaprezentowane jako
pierwszy i trzeci kwartyl. Wartości dla poszczególnych stanowisk
obejmują dane pochodzące od 10 do 200 respondentów.
Dane w raporcie dotyczą całej Polski, a najlicznieszy w nim
udział mieli mieszkańcy województwa mazowieckiego
– 24% ogółu badanych.
Analizując wynagrodzenia należy wziąć pod uwagę fakt, że są
to dane uśrednione. W rzeczywistości poziom wynagrodzenia
zależy od szeregu czynników, głównie takich jak: wielkość firmy,
branża, lokalizacja czy lata doświadczenia.
The study covers data from over 10,000 interviews and phone
screens with candidates conducted by the Goldman Recruitment
consultants in 2016. They were part of the recruitment projects
completed by us on our clients’ requests.
The salaries presented in the report are the total gross monthly
salaries and they include bonuses. The averages were presented
as a median, which means that a half of observations are above
this value, and the other half of them are below this value.
Additionally, the salaries were presented as the first and the third
quartile. The values for particular positions cover the data from
10 to 200 respondents.
The data in the report concern the whole Poland, and the share
of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, the citizens of which accounted
for 24% of all the respondents, was the greatest. While analysing
the salaries, it should be borne in mind that they are average
data. Real salaries depend on a series of determinants, mainly
such as: company size, industry, location, or the number of years
of experience.
