Finally, let’s look at respondents’ perceptions regarding the potential
impact of fintech on the industry. This area is on increasing interest to
the traditional Industry; as yet the volume penetration is very small (for
example, in the UK, one of the more mature markets for fintech, the penetration
is still only just over 1% of the total market) but the potential for
competition and co-operation is significant.
