September 27th is a critical day for savings…
The Ministry of Health will hold a tender on
27 September for medicine purchases in 2019
and 2020. In this context, the public costs
for the original medicines will be up to 622.2
million liras. In the case of the completion
of the bio similars reimbursement list of
these drugs until the next 27 September, this
amount will decrease to 445.4 million liras at
all.
The medicine has received licence 7 months
ago and is being waited for reimbursement
authorization...
The first “bio similar” product has licensed
in the field of haematological oncology,
which was developed for use in some types
of lymphoma and leukaemia diseases, was
made available to patients. The drug is
expected to be covered by the reimbursement
as soon as possible.
As the government takes the Biotechnological
Medicines within the scope of the Strategic
Incentive Certificate, the construction of
TRPharm Pharmaceuticals’ New Factory,
which will be established within the scope of
nationalisation, is continuing.

Bio similar products benefit the economy of
the country
Göker, “Bio similar drugs, have the same
effect compared to existing products, but
more economical, this is an important
advantage. In addition, technology transfer
will be provided by the introduction of bio
similars into the country. And with the start
of production to be performed in Turkey,
export potential will increase. Thus, Turkey’s
pharmaceutical market which consists of
imported products will begin to export. “He

Tasarruf için 27 Eylül kritik gün
Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın 2019 ve 2020 yıllarındaki ilaç alımlarına yönelik
olarak önümüzdeki 27 Eylül tarihinde yapacağı ilaç alım ihalesi
kapsamında, var olan orijinal ilaçlar için oluşacak kamu maliyeti
622.2 milyon liraya kadar çıkacak. Bu ilaçların biyobenzerleri geri
ödeme listesine alınma sürecinin önümüzdeki 27 Eylül tarihine
kadar tamamlanmış olması durumunda ise bu tutar 445.4 milyon
liraya gerileyecek.
İlaç 7 ay önce ruhsat aldı, geri ödeme izni için bekleniyor
Lenfoma ve lösemi hastalıklarının bazı türlerinde kullanılmak
üzere geliştirilen, hematolojik onkoloji alanındaki ilk “biyobenzer”
ürün ruhsat alarak hastaların kullanımına sunuldu. İlacın bir an
önce geri ödeme kapsamına alınması bekleniyor.
Hükümetin Biyoteknolojik İlaçları Stratejik Teşvik Belgesi
kapsamına alması üzerine, TRPharm İlaç’ın yerlileştirme amaçlı
kuracağı fabrikanın yapımı da sürüyor.
TRPharm Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Mehmet Göker, kimyasal
bileşimler yerine biyolojik yöntemlerle, organizmalardan ve canlı
sistemlerden üretilen biyoteknolojik ürünlerin eşdeğeri olan
biyobenzer ürünün Türkiye’de hastaların istifadesine sunulduğunu
belirterek, “Biyobenzer ürünler yalnızca daha fazla hastanın bu
önemli tedavilere erişmesini sağlamakla kalmayıp, aynı zamanda
kullanıldıkları tedavi alanlarındaki sağlık maliyetlerini düşürerek,
diğer alanlarda yeni ve yenilikçi tedavilerin yolunu açacaktır.” dedi.
“Biyobenzer ürünler ülke ekonomine fayda sağlar”
Göker, “Biyobenzer ilaçlar, mevcut ürünlere kıyasla aynı etkiye
sahip olmakla birlikte daha ekonomik, bu önemli bir avantaj.
Bunun yanı sıra biyobenzerlerin ülkeye girmesiyle teknoloji
transferi de sağlanacak ve üretimin Türkiye’de yapılmasıyla birlikte
ihracat potansiyeli de artacak. Böylece ithal ürünlerden oluşan
Türkiye ilaç pazarı, ihracat yapan noktaya gelecek.” dedi.
