Biotechnology is a key significance to the advancement of<br />
the pharmaceutical industry in the service of human health.<br />
Biotechnological methods are increasingly more effective than chemical<br />
and herbal formulations in the development of new medicines against<br />
diseases. Bio similar drugs increase the access of the patients to<br />
biotechnological drugs and reduce the costs by creating competition and<br />
thus benefit the country’s economy…<br />

sağlığının hizmetinde ilerlemesi için kilit<br />
öneme sahiptir. Hastalıklara karşı yeni<br />
ilaçların geliştirilmesinde biyoteknolojik<br />
yöntemler giderek kimyasal ve<br />
bitkisel formülasyonlardan daha etkili<br />
olmaktadır. Biyobenzer ilaçlar, hem<br />
hastaların biyoteknolojik ilaçlara<br />
erişimini artırmakta hem de rekabet<br />
oluşturarak maliyetleri azaltmakta<br />
ve dolayısıyla ülke ekonomisine fayda<br />
sağlamaktadır.<br />
It is possible for the state to save 300 million Turkish<br />
Liras from the cancer medicines<br />
The government’s Strategic Incentive Certificate for<br />
biotechnological drugs has mobilized firms. The bio<br />
similars of some drugs, which are used extensively in<br />
cancer treatments, has entered to the lists of “Medicines<br />
to be Paid” and “Chemotherapy Medicines to be Provided<br />
Mandatory by the Hospitals”. It is stated that SGK, which<br />
directly undertakes the treatment of cancer patients,<br />
will contribute to its budget around 200 million lira. It is<br />
being stated that taking the bio similar drugs in question<br />
into the system will reduce the prices in the medicine<br />
tenders and it is stated that the total public savings is<br />
expected to reach 300 million liras with the discounts<br />
that will occur in the tenders as well.<br />

tasarruf etmesi mümkün<br />
Hükümetin biyoteknolojik ilaçlarla ilgili Stratejik Teşvik<br />
Belgesi firmaları harekete geçirdi. Kanser tedavilerinde<br />
yoğun kullanılan bazı ilaçların biyobenzerleri “Bedeli<br />
ödenecek ilaçlar listesine” ve “Hastanelerce Temini<br />
Zorunlu Kemoterapi İlaçları Listesi”ne alınmasıyla<br />
kanser hastalarının tedavisini doğrudan üstlenen<br />
SGK’nın bütçesine doğrudan 200 milyon lira civarında<br />
katkısı olacağı belirtiliyor. Söz konusu biyobenzer<br />
ilaçların sisteme alınmasıyla ilaç ihalelerindeki fiyatların<br />
düşürülmesini de sağlayacağına dikkat çekilerek,<br />
ihalelerde oluşacak iskontolarla birlikte toplam kamu<br />
tasarrufunun yaklaşık 300 milyon lirayı bulmasının<br />
beklendiği belirtiliyor.<br />
