tirilen Çalıştay’a, TİM üyesi 71 bin ihracatçıyı
temsilen 440 delege katıldı. Geniş bir katılımın
olduğu Çalıştay’da ihracatçıların sorunları ve
önerileri masaya yatırıldı. Çalıştay açışında
konuşan Cumhurbaşkanı Yardımcısı Fuat Oktay,
“Üzerimizde oynanmaya çalışılan oyunları
gördük, Yaşanan manipülatif dalgalanmaları
bertaraf etmeye yönelik olarak gereken tedbirleri
aldık ve yeni ekonomik reformları uygulamaya
koyduk” diyerek yeni ekonomik ve ticari
düzende Türkiye’nin önünü açacak kilit alanların
Ar-Ge, yenilik, yüksek teknoloji, katma değer,
tasarım, üretim ve markalaşma olduğuna işaret
etti. Fuat Oktay şöyle devam etti: “Bu bağlamda,
yatırım-üretim-istihdam-ihracat değer
zincirini ön plana çıkaran, Ar-Ge, yenilik, tasarım
ve markalaşma odaklı bir yaklaşımı öne çıkarıyoruz.
Ve bu yaklaşımla yeni devlet destekleri
kurguluyor, mevcut desteklerde iyileştirmelere
gidiyoruz. Bunun yanı sıra, ihracatçılarımıza
sağlanan hizmetlerde basitleştirmelere gidiyor,
hizmetlere daha hızlı ulaşılmasına dönük çalışmalar
sürdürüyoruz. Her ne pahasına olursa
olsun orta gelir tuzağından kurtularak, yeni bir
ruh ve atılımla yeni bir hikaye yazacağız. Bu
çerçevede, üretim ve ihracata dayalı büyüme
hedefimiz yüksek teknolojiye dayalı ve yüksek
katma değerli ürünlerimizle hayata geçmelidir.”
Fuat Oktay, “Ayda 20 milyar dolarlık ihracat
rakamlarını ilk etapta bıraksak ve yeni hedeflere
doğru çok daha hızlı gidebileceğimiz yol
haritaları üzerinde dursak. Bunun çok kısa sürede
gerçekleştireceğimize, hele hele yıllık 200
milyar dolar ihracat hedefini çok kısa sürede
aşabileceğimize yürekten inanıyorum” dedi.
Küresel konjonktürdeki tüm olumsuzluklara
rağmen önemli başarılar sergileyebilen Türk
ihracatçısının, önümüzdeki süreçte yeni başarılara
imza atacak güce sahip olduğunu söyleyen
Ticaret Bakanı Ruhsar Pekcan ise “Biz de
Bakanlık olarak, ihracatımızı hem nicelik hem de
nitelik açısından artırmak adına politikalarımızı
kararlılıkla yürütecek, sizlerin yanında olmaya
devam edeceğiz. Bu toplantıyı, ihracat ailemizin
bir araya gelip fikir alışverişinde bulunabileceği,
önümüzdeki zorlu ama ümit vadeden süregates

where there was a wide participation, the
problems and suggestions of the exporters
were discussed. Speaking at the opening of
the workshop, Vice President Fuat Oktay said
“We’ve seen the games which have been played
on us. We took the necessary measures to
eliminate the manipulative fluctuations and
implemented new economic reforms.” And he
also pointed out that in new economic and
trade layout, the key factors will be in the fields
of R & D, innovation, high-tech, value-added
design, manufacturing and branding. Fuat
Oktay continued his words as follows; “In this
context, we emphasize an approach focused
on R & D, innovation, design and branding,
highlighting the investment-production-employment-export
value chain. And with this
approach we are building new government
supports, and we are making improvements
in existing supports. In addition, we provide
simplification services for our exporters and
continue our efforts to reach services more
quickly. At any cost, we will get rid of the
middle income trap and write a new story
with a new spirit and leap. In this context, our
goal of production and export-based growth
should be implemented with high technology
and high value-added products.”
Fuat Oktay, “Leaving export figures of $ 20 billion
a month in the first place, we should focus
on roadmaps where we can go much faster
towards new targets. I sincerely believe that
we will realize this in a very short period of time,
and that we will exceed the annual target of $
200 billion in a very short time” he said.
Turkish Minister of Trade, Ruhsar Pekcan,
said that Turkish exporters, who can exhibit
significant successes despite all the negative
developments in the global conjuncture,
have the strength to achieve new successes
in the coming period and continued her words
as follows; “As the Ministry, we will carry out
our policies with the determination to increase
our exports both in terms of quantity and
quality, and we will continue to stand by you.
I would like to mention that this meeting is an
important meeting where our export family
can come together and exchange their ideas
at all. And important consultations can also
be held for the next challenging but promising
processes as well. In the next process, in
order to sustain strong presence of Turkey, we
need to work much more, we also need to
contemplate much more as well. In this new
era, we all have really great responsibilities. I
believe that you share these thoughts and will
walk with us in this period.” She said.
