Kordsa has added new ones to its global awards
Kordsa, the strengthening leader who touched
every corner of life with the mission of strengthening
life, continues to crown its success in the
global market with the awards it received. Kordsa
has won two more awards in Brazil recently.
This year, Kordsa has received the best employer
award for three consecutive years. At the
same time, Kordsa raised its place to 18th place
among 150 companies across Brazil according
to the rankings of the Great Place to Work Institute
(GPTW). Kordsa who won the award in Bahia
for the third time in a row, also won the “Best
Practices in Internship Programs” award as well.
Kordsa, which ranked 25th for the first time
in 2016 by the Great Place to Work Institute
(GPTW), was ranked 31st in 2017 and ranked
18th in 2017. These awards, which are an indication
of their success in Brazil, are also accepted
as an indication that Kordsa continues to strengthen
its corporate identity. Kordsa, as well as
the work it puts forth, has also proved its giving
value to its employees who have been doing
the job by taking the awards in the last three
years in a row. Kordsa, as an employer who encourages
its employees to develop themselves,
encourages them to give inspiration to each
other and accepts the signature of all employees
under the company’s success, continues
to strengthen their lives by strengthening them
with the value it gives to its employees.
KORDSA, GLOBAL ÖDÜLLERİNE YENİLERİNİ EKLEDİ
Yaşamı güçlendirme misyonuyla hayatın her
köşesine dokunan güçlendirme lideri Kordsa,
global pazardaki başarısını aldığı ödüllerle
taçlandırmaya devam ediyor. Kordsa son
olarak Brezilya’da iki ödül daha aldı. Üç yıl üst
üste layık görüldüğü en iyi işveren ödülünü bu
yıl üçüncü kez alarak Great Place to Work Institute
(GPTW) sıralamasında Brezilya genelinde
150 şirket arasında 18.sıraya yükseldi. Ayrıca
yine “Staj Programlarında En İyi Uygulamalar”
ödülüne layık görülerek Bahia bölgesinde
üçüncü kez üst üste bu ödülün de sahibi oldu.
Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW) tarafından
Brezilya genelinde yapılan en iyi şirketler
sıralamasına ilk kez 2016 yılında 25. sıradan
giren Kordsa, 2017’de 31. sırada yer alırken
bu sene 18.sıraya yükseldi. Brezilya’daki
başarılarının bir göstergesi olan bu ödüller
aynı zamanda Kordsa’nın şirket kimliğini de
güçlendirmeye devam ettiğinin bir göstergesi
olarak kabul ediliyor. Kordsa ortaya koyduğu
işe olduğu kadar, işi ortaya koyan çalışanlarına
da verdiği değeri üst üste 3 yıl aldığı bu
ödüllerle kanıtlamış oldu. Çalışanlarına kendilerini
geliştirmelerine imkan veren, birbirlerine
ilham olmaya teşvik eden ve şirket başarısının
altında tüm çalışanlarının imzası bulunduğunu
kabul eden bir işveren olarak Kordsa,
çalışanlarına verdiği değerle onları güçlendirerek
hayatı güçlendirmeye devam ediyor.
