CHRASTAVA<br />
Město v údolí Jeřice, křižovatka turistických tras, je častým cílem návštěvníků<br />
Liberecka.<br />
Nikdo nepřehlédne kostel sv. Vavřince, skvost<br />
novogotické architektury. Ozdobou města jsou<br />
historické domy, mezi nimiž vyniká renesanční<br />
budova radnice i dům, v němž sídlí Městské muzeum<br />
s informačním centrem. Jen několik desítek<br />
metrů odtud, na nábřeží, stojí nádherné hrázděné<br />
stavení – rodný dům akademického malíře Josefa<br />
Führicha, autora mnoha obrazů s náboženskou tematikou<br />
či ilustrací k Palackého Dějinám národu<br />
českého. V domě je umístěna expozice o životě<br />
a díle umělce a také betlém z roku 1815 vyrobený<br />
jeho otcem. Dalším lákadlem Chrastavy je Muzeum<br />
hasičské techniky a samozřejmě Transborder<br />
v Andělské Hoře – unikátní kabinkový přepravník<br />
přes řeku Nisu. Nesmíme zapomenout ani na<br />
společenský život šestitisícového města. Protože<br />
například Chrastavské slavnosti, to je každoroční<br />
třídenní maraton kultury, sportu a skvělé zábavy.<br />
This town in the Jeřice valley, where hiking trails intersect, is a frequent destination<br />
of visitors to the Liberec region.<br />
No one can overlook the Church of St. Lawrence,<br />
a gem of neo-Gothic architecture. The town is decorated<br />
by historic buildings, including the Renaissance<br />
building of the Town Hall and the building in<br />
which the Town Museum with the information centre<br />
is located. Just a few dozen meters from there, on<br />
the embankment, there is a beautiful half-timbered<br />
building which is the birth home of academic painter<br />
Josef Führich, whose works include many paintings<br />
with religious themes or illustrations for Palacký’s<br />
History of the Czech Nation. The house contains an<br />
exhibit of the life and works of the artist along with<br />
a Nativity Scene from 1815 made by his father. Another<br />
attraction in Chrastava is the Museum of Firefighting<br />
Technology and of course the Transborder in<br />
Andělská Hora, a unique cabin transporter for journeys<br />
across the Nisa river. We must not forget the<br />
community life of the town of six thousand people<br />
either. One reason for this is that the Chrastava Festivities<br />
are an annual three-day marathon of culture,<br />
sport and excellent entertainment.<br />

für Besucher von Liberec.<br />
Die Kirche des Hl. Laurentius, ein Juwel der neugotischen<br />
Architektur, wird niemand übersehen. Die Verzierungen<br />
der Stadt sind historische Häuser, darunter das Rathaus<br />
im Stil der Renaissance und das Haus, in dem das Stadtmuseum<br />
mit einem Informationszentrum untergebracht ist.<br />
Nur ein paar Meter von hier entfernt, an der Uferpromenade,<br />
steht ein prächtiges Fachwerkhaus – das Geburtshaus<br />
des akademischen Malers Josef Führich, der Autor vieler<br />
Gemälde mit religiösen Themen oder Illustrationen zu dem<br />
Buch „Dějiny národa Českého - Die Geschichte des tschechischen<br />
Volkes“ von Palacký ist. Das Haus beherbergt eine<br />
Ausstellung über das Leben und das Werk des Künstlers<br />
sowie eine Krippe aus dem Jahr 1815, die noch von seinem<br />
Vater stammt. Eine weitere Attraktion von Chrastava ist das<br />
Museum für Brandbekämpfungstechnik und natürlich Transborder<br />
in Andělská Hora – ein einzigartiges Kabinenbeförderungsmittel<br />
über den Fluss Nisa. Auch das gesellschaftliche<br />
Leben der Stadt mit sechs tausend Einwohnern dürfen wir<br />
nicht vergessen. Denn die Festlichkeiten in Chrastava zum<br />
Beispiel sind jedes Jahr ein dreitägiger Marathonlauf der<br />
Kultur, Sport und großartiger Unterhaltung.<br />

Miasto w dolinie strumienia Jeřice, skrzyżowanie tras turystycznych, jest częstym<br />
celem odwiedzających region liberecki.<br />
Nie sposób przeoczyć kościoła pw. św. Wawrzyńca<br />
(Kostel sv.Vavřince), klejnotu architektury neogotyckiej.<br />
Ozdobą miasta są domy historyczne, wśród których<br />
wyróżnia się renesansowy budynek ratusza, a także<br />
dom, w którym siedzibę ma Muzeum Miejskie wraz<br />
z centrum informacji. Jedyne kilkadziesiąt metrów stąd,<br />
na nabrzeżu, stoi przepiękny budynek o drewnianej<br />
konstrukcji szkieletowej - dom rodzinny malarza akademickiego<br />
Josefa Führicha, autora wielu obrazów<br />
o tematyce religijnej lub ilustracji do Dziejów Narodu<br />
Czeskiego autorstwa Palackiego. W budynku znajduje<br />
się ekspozycja dotyczącą dzieła i życia artysty, a także<br />
szopka bożonarodzeniowa z 1815 roku, wykonana<br />
przez jego ojca. Kolejną atrakcją Chrastavy jest Muzeum<br />
Techniki Pożarniczej oraz oczywiście Transborder<br />
w miejscowości Andělská Hora – unikatowa kolejka<br />
gondolowa przez rzekę Nysę. Nie należy zapominać<br />
również o życiu towarzyskim tego sześciotysięcznego<br />
miasta. Warto wspomnieć o imprezie odbywającej się<br />
pod nazwą „Chrastavské slavnosti“ - to trzydniowy maraton<br />
kultury, sportu oraz wspaniałej zabawy.<br />
