napędowym zamontowane będą
cztery czujniki temperatury i dwie
butle ze środkiem gaśniczym, zaś
w przedziale desantowym cztery
głowice optyczne oraz trzy butle
ze środkiem gaśniczym. Pojazd
w takiej konfiguracji jest prezentowany
na XXVII MSPO w Kielcach. Wielospektralna głowica optyczna GO-01.
W WCBKT S.A. przygotowano też
GO-01 multispectral optical head
kolejny zestaw systemu, który zostanie
zamontowany w prototypie Borsuka. Trwają także rozmowy
z innymi – polskimi i zagranicznymi – producentami pojazdów.
Wiele już dziś wskazuje, że system STOPFIRE nie tylko
przełamie monopol analogicznych urządzeń importowanych
z państw zachodnich wśród krajowych producentów wozów
bojowych, ale ma szanse także na eksport.
Stopfire – opis techniczny
System przeciwpożarowy i tłumienia wybuchu SF-01
wskaźniki te wynoszą, odpowiednio, poniżej 5 s i poniżej 20
s. W przypadku systemu ochrony zewnętrznej pojazdu, chroniącym
głównie przed pożarem rozlanej mieszanki zapalającej,
podsystem gaśniczy jest uruchamiany ręcznie, a czas
eliminacji zagrożenia nie powinien przekroczyć 60 s.
Kompletacja systemu jest dobierana indywidualnie do
konkretnego typu pojazdu, a warunkiem decydującym jest
wielkość i stopień zabudowy nadzorowanej przestrzeni
przedziałów załogi i silnika, a także chronionej powierzchni
zewnętrznej pojazdu.
Zasadnicze elementy systemu to:
• centralka sterująca CS-01 (1 szt.);
• wielospektralna głowica optyczna GO-01 (liczba dobierana
indywidualnie do wielkości i stopnia zabudowy przedziału
załogi);
• czujnik temperatury CT-01 (liczba dobierana indywidualnie
do wielkości i stopnia zabudowy przedziału napędowego);
• przycisk aktywacji podsystemu ochrony zewnętrznej SPOZ
(opcjonalny);
• układ gaśniczy przedziału załogi UGPZ (konfiguracja zmienna);
• układ gaśniczy przedziału napędowego UGPN (konfiguracja
zmienna);
• układ gaśniczy powierzchni zewnętrznych UGOZ (opcjonalny,
konfiguracja zmienna);
• okablowanie.
Sercem systemu jest centralka sterująca
CS-01, wyposażona w wyświetlacz systemowy,
przycisk zerujący (RESET), gniazdo diagnostyczne
i przełącznik ręcznego uruchamiania (FIRE),
a także gniazda przyłączeniowe czujników,
zestawów gaśnic i zasilania. Nadrzędną funkcją
CS-01 jest odbiór sygnałów z głowic GO-01
i czujników CT-01. W przypadku wykrycia przez
głowice optyczne zjawisk zaklasyfikowanych
jako zagrożenie, centralka automatycznie inicjuje
otwarcie zaworów butli w przedziale załogi
bądź – po wzroście temperatury powyżej
ustalonego poziomu progowego wykrytym
SPECIAL ISSUE
Czujniki temperatury CT-01.
CT-01 temperature sensor
the crew/soldiers compartment.
The vehicle in this configuration
is presented at the XXVII MSPO in
Kielce. At WCBKT S.A. another system
kit was also prepared to be
mounted on the Borsuk prototype.
Talks are also underway with other
Polish and foreign vehicle manufacturers.
There are already many
indications that the STOPFIRE
system will not only break the monopoly of similar devices
imported from Western countries among domestic manufacturers
of combat vehicles, but also has chances for export.
Stopfire – technical description
The SF-01 STOPFIRE fire suppression and explosion suppression
system is designed for quick detection and suppression
of fuel explosion and fire in the early stages of development
in crew compartments, propulsion compartment
and outside the combat vehicle. In the case of protecting the
crew compartment against fuel explosion, cumulative jet stream
or fire, the time of threat detection shall not exceed 3
milliseconds, and its elimination time ≤ 150 milliseconds (test
results – 80 ÷ 120 milliseconds). When it comes to protecting
the engine compartment from fire, these indicators are below 5
s and below 20 s, respectively. In the case of an external vehicle
protection system that mainly protects against spills of an ignition
mixture, the extinguishing subsystem is manually operated
and the hazard elimination time should not exceed 60 s.
Complete set variant of the system is selected individually
for a specific type of vehicle, and the decisive condition
is the size and degree of crowding with equipment of the
supervised space of crew and engine compartments, as well
as the protected external surface of the vehicle. The main
elements of the system are:
• CS-01 control unit (1 pc);
• GO-01 multispectral optical head (the number is individually
selected for the size and degree of density of equipment in
the crew compartment);
• CT-01 temperature sensor (the number is individually selected
for the size and degree of density of equipment in the
crew compartment);
• activation button of the external security subsystem SPOZ
(optional);
• firefighting system of the UGPZ crew compartment (variable
configuration);
• UGPN drive compartment fire extinguishing system (variable
configuration);
• fire extinguishing system of external surfaces UGOZ (optional,
variable configuration);
• wiring.
The heart of the system is the CS-01 control
unit, equipped with a system display, reset
button (RESET), diagnostic socket and manual
start switch (FIRE), as well as connection
sockets for sensors, fire extinguisher sets and
power supply. The superior function of CS-01
is the reception of signals from GO-01 heads
and CT-01 sensors. If the optical heads detect
phenomena classified as hazardous, the control
panel automatically initiates the opening
of the cylinder valves in the crew compartment
or - after the temperature rises above
the set threshold level detected by the temperature
sensors - opens the cylinder valves
in the drive compartment. The fire-fighting
