68 İNCELEME
Besleme sıvısının (CF) konsantrasyonu “kontrolör
ve programlayıcı ünitesi” tarafından
düzenlenir. Bu ünite besleme sıvısının gerekli
konsantrasyonunu şu şekilde düzenler:
- ∆Q (CF = R / ∆Q) değerini kullanarak gerekli
CF gücünün hesaplanması.
- Kullanılan gerçek su miktarı cihaz # 3 ile ölçühave
a far lower volume of the impregnating
liquid. The advantage of lower volumes are the
substantial smaller responding times.
The principle of the dosing of the chemicals by
the pumps is depicted in fig.6. The input data
for fabric specification and recipe are yellow
highlighted; the corresponding output data
coming from the unit are green highlighted.
E.g. a recipe of 4 ml/l wetting agent and 28 kg/
min (yellow) of fabric will result in 112 ml/min
(green) feeding of wetting agent. (fig.6)
Fig 7
emprenye sisteminin hacmini sabit tutar.
2.2. Dosing related to the feeding
With the appearance of extremely small
volumes of impregnating compartments a
more continuously adding of the water and the
chemicals became necessary. Extremely small
impregnating volumes are very sensible in regard
of a stable and even concentration of the
impregnating liquid. Therefore a system was introduced
replacing the add-on with a feeding
liquid at exactly the needed concentration.
The principle of such a system is explained in a
simple drawing, see fig.7.
During the production a continuously level (device
#1) is ensuring a constant volume of the
impregnating system by means of an automatic
water valve (device #2).
The amount of feeding liquid, measured by
device #4, is identical with the add-on and
allows a continuous monitoring of the value
of ∆Q (passing fabric amount against the
used feeding amount).
The concentration of the feeding liquid (CF) is
regulated by the “controller and programmer
unit”. This unit is regulating the necessary strength
of the feeding liquid by:
- calculating the necessary strength of CF
using the value of ∆Q (CF=R/∆Q).
- the actual used amount of water is measured
(in impulses) by device #3 and sending this info
to the “controller and programmer unit”
- the “controller and programmer unit” is
calculating and serving the dosing pumps (device
#5) with the necessary impulses to ensure
the needed concentration CF of the add-on.
Fig.8 is showing an example of such a dosing.
Similar to fig.6 all input data are yellow highlighted
and the output data coming from the
unit are green highlighted.
E.g. a recipe of 4 ml/l wetting agent and 28 kg/
min of fabric will result in 112 ml/min of wetting
agent. This is exactly the same amount as
