Animator społeczności lokalnej
Animator społeczności lokalnej to operacja polegająca
na całorocznym bezpośrednim kontakcie
animatora z mieszkańcami powiatu goleniowskiego.
Animator pomaga mieszkańcom w procesie
tworzenia i kształtowania społeczności,
kreatywnego uruchamiania i wyzwalania potencjału
ludzi. Ważnym aspektem pracy animatora
jest wspieranie aktywności liderów i animatorów
lokalnych, którzy już działają na terenie LGD oraz
stymulowanie procesów, które doprowadzały do
motywowania społeczności w ich działaniu.
Mieszkańcy obszaru LSR mieli możliwość
uczestnictwa w spotkaniach w zakresie:
• zajęć animacyjno ‐integracyjnych mieszkańców,
• szkoleń nt. możliwości składania wniosków
o przyznanie pomocy oraz pomoc przy ich
sporządzeniu,
• pomocy przy tworzeniu dokumentów strategicznych
dla Twojej wsi,
• organizacji spotkań z mieszkańcami nt. wizji
zmian wsi,
• zwiększenia oferty kulturalno ‐edukacyjnej,
• zwiększenia zainteresowania turystyką wiejską
i produkcją eko ‐żywności,
• informowania o możliwościach wsparcia dla
organizacji pozarządowych, w tym współpraca
z istniejącymi organizacjami pozarządowymi
(NGOs), ochotniczymi strażami pożarnymi
(OSP), grupami nieformalnymi (GN), klubami
seniora (KS).

Local community animator
A local community animator is an operation consisting
in a year ‐round direct contact between
the animator and the inhabitants of Goleniów
district. An animator helps residents in the process
of creating and shaping a community, creatively
activating and releasing people’s potential.
An important aspect of the animator’s work is
supporting the activity of local leaders and animators
who already operate in the LAG area and
stimulating the processes that led to the motivation
of the community in their activities.
Inhabitants of the LSR area had the opportunity
to participate in the meetings regarding:
• animation and integration activities for the inhabitants,
• training on the possibility of submitting applications
for granting aid and assistance in their
preparation,
• assistance in the creation of strategic documents
for the village,
• organization of meetings with residents on the
ideas of changes in the village,
• increasing the cultural and educational offer,
• increasing the interest in rural tourism and
eco ‐food production,
• giving information about the possibilities of
support for non ‐governmental organizations,
including cooperation with existing non‐
‌‐governmental organizations (NGOs), voluntary
fire brigades (VFB), informal groups (IG),
senior clubs (SC).
Animateur der örtlichen Gemeinschaft
Die Maßnahme „der Animateur der örtlichen Gemeinschaft“
beruht auf einem einjährigen direkten
Kontakt eines Animateurs mit den Einwohnern
des Landkreises Goleniów. Der Animateur
hilft den Bewohnern, die Gemeinschaft zu bilden
und zu gestalten, das Potenzial der Menschen
kreativ zu aktivieren und freizusetzen. Ein wichtiger
Aspekt der Arbeit des Animateurs besteht
darin, die Tätigkeit der lokalen Leader und Animateure,
die bereits im LSR‐Gebiet aktiv sind, zu
unterstützen und Prozesse anzuregen, die dazu
führen, dass die Gemeinschaft in ihrer Tätigkeit
motiviert wird.
Die Einwohner des LSR‐Gebiets hatten die Möglichkeit,
an Sitzungen zu folgenden Themen teilzunehmen:
• Animations ‐ und Integrationsmaßnahmen für
die Einwohner,
• Schulung über die Möglichkeiten der Einreichung
von Beihilfeanträgen und Unterstützung
bei deren Vorbereitung,
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung strategischer
Dokumente für Ihr Dorf,
• Organisation von Treffen mit den Einwohnern
zum Thema Vorstellungen für Veränderungen
im Dorf,
• Erweiterung des Kultur ‐ und Bildungsangebots,
• Steigerung des Interesses an ländlichem Tourismus
und ökologischer Lebensmittelerzeugung,
• Information über die Möglichkeiten der Unterstützung
seitens der Nichtregierungsorganisationen,
einschließlich der bestehenden Nichtregierungsorganisationen
(NRO), freiwilligen
Feuerwehren, informellen Gruppen, Seniorenclubs.
