Chłopska Szkoła Biznesu
Chłopska Szkoła Biznesu to symulacyjno‐
‌‐planszowa gra ekonomiczna, jedyny taki produkt
w Polsce, którego autorami są pracownicy
Małopolskiego Instytutu Kultury. Dzięki różnorodności
możliwych do poruszenia zagadnień
(np. z zakresu ekonomii, historii czy wiedzy
o społeczeństwie) może stanowić atrakcyjne
narzędzie pracy dla pedagogów, a tym samym
alternatywę dla tradycyjnych metod nauczania
przedsiębiorczości. Dla celów dydaktycznych
szczególnie wartościowe jest zaistnienie w trakcie
gry: wahań podaży i popytu, korzyści płynących
z kooperacji, znaczenia specjalizacji, znaczenia
przepływu informacji.

Goleniowskiego zakupiło gry Chłopska Szkoła
Biznesu i zrealizowało operację własną pod
tym samym tytułem. W pierwszej fazie realizacji
projektu zostały przeprowadzone szkolenia, których
celem była nauka prowadzenia gry Chłopskiej
Szkoły Biznesu przez nauczycieli. Kolejnym
etapem było upowszechnienie gry tj. realizacja
turniejów na poziomie szkół oraz kwalifikacja
reprezentantów szkół do turnieju powiatowego.
Podczas turnieju finałowego najlepsi uczniowie
ze szkół powiatu goleniowskiego w nagrodę
mieli okazję skorzystać z wyjazdów do Warszawy,
Wrocławia czy Trójmiasta. Dla zainteresowanych
uczniów z danych szkół Stowarzyszenie
organizowało również spotkania z lokalnymi
przedsiębiorcami i jednodniowe staże w wybranych
przez uczniów lokalnych firmach.

Peasant Business School
Peasant Business School is an economic simulation
and board game, the only product of this
type in Poland, the authors of which are employees
of the Małopolski Institute of Culture.
Thanks to the variety of issues that can be discussed
(e.g. in the field of economics, history or
knowledge about society), it can be an attractive
work tool for educators, and thus an alternative
to traditional methods of teaching entrepreneurship.
The factors especially valuable for didactic
purposes during the game are: fluctuations in
supply and demand, the benefits of cooperation,
the importance of specialization, the importance
of information flow.
Stowarzyszenie Szanse Bezdroży Gmin Powiatu
Goleniowskiego purchased the games from
Peasant Business School and carried out its own
operation under the same title. In the first phase
of the project implementation, training was carried
out to train teachers how to play the Peasant
Business School game. The next stage was the
popularization of the game, i.e. the implementation
of tournaments at the school level and the
qualification of school representatives for the
district tournament. During the final tournament,
the best students from the schools of Goleniów
district were rewarded with trips to Warsaw,
Wrocław and the Tri ‐City. For interested students
from particular schools, the Association also organized
meetings with local entrepreneurs and
one ‐day internships in local companies selected
by the students.
Bauernschule für Unternehmertum
Die Bauernschule für Unternehmertum ist ein
Wirtschaftssimulations ‐ und Brettspiel, das einzige
Produkt dieser Art in Polen, dessen Autoren
Mitarbeiter des Małopolski Instytut Kultury
sind. Dank der Vielfalt der Themen, die behandelt
werden können (z. B. im Bereich der Wirtschaft,
Geschichte oder Sozialkunde), kann es
zu einem attraktiven Arbeitsinstrument für Pädagogen
und damit zu einer Alternative zu den
traditionellen Lehrmethoden für unternehmerische
Initiative werden. Für didaktische Zwecke
ist es besonders wertvoll, während des Spiels
die Schwankungen von Angebot und Nachfrage,
die Vorteile der Zusammenarbeit, die Bedeutung
der Spezialisierung und die Bedeutung des
Informationsflusses aufzuzeigen.
Der Verein namens Stowarzyszenie Szanse Bezdroży
Gmin Powiatu Goleniowskiego kaufte die
Bauernschule für Unternehmertum – Spiele und
führte eine eigene Aktivität unter demselben Titel
durch. In der ersten Phase der Projektumsetzung
wurden Schulungen durchgeführt, deren
Ziel darin bestand, den Lehrkräften beizubringen,
wie sie das Spiel zum Thema die landwirtschaftliche
Businessschule durchführen können.
Der nächste Schritt war die Popularisierung des
Spiels, d. h. die Organisation von Turnieren auf
Schulebene und die Qualifikation von Schulvertretern
für das Kreisturnier. Während des Finalturniers
erhielten die besten Schülerinnen und
Schüler aus Schulen des Kreises Goleniów die
Möglichkeit, als Preis nach Warschau, Wrocław
oder in die Dreistadt zu fahren. Für interessierte
Schüler aus den jeweiligen Schulen organisierte
der Verein auch Treffen mit lokalen Unternehmern
und eintägige Praktika in den von den
Schülern ausgewählten lokalen Unternehmen.
