What Is Harmful?• Medicine can be dangerous to the foetus. Takemedicine only with your doctor’s advice. This isalso important after giving birth, so long as youare breast-feeding.• Smoking is harmful to your unborn child andmakes breast-feeding more difficult.• Alcohol can cause brain damage to the foetus. Itis dangerous to drink alcohol during pregnancy.Hvad er skadeligt?• Medicin er som oftest farligt for fosteret.Tag derfor ikke medicin, før du har talt med din læge omdet. Keeping In ShapeStaying in good physical shape during pregnancy isimportant. For example, you can swim, take longwalks or jog.
