Keeping In ShapeStaying in good physical shape during pregnancy isimportant. For example, you can swim, take longwalks or jog. This is healthy for both you and yourunborn child and can help prevent diabetes duringpregnancy.See your doctor if:• You are bleeding from the vagina• You have strong abdominal pains.• The waters break.• The child feels less active than usual.Signs that you are in labour:• Bloody, slimy vaginal discharge.• The waters break.• Regular contractions at about 5 minute intervals.At holde sig i formDet er vigtigt at holde sig i god fysisk form under graviditeten.Du kan fx svømme, gå lange ture eller løbe.
