ERPA: 25 years of system solutions for the packaging industry
ERPA: 25 Jahre Systemlösungen für die Verpackungsindustrie
Largest user meeting with 120 participants in Göttingen
Since its foundation in 1983 ERPA Systeme GmbH offers
software and system solutions for the packaging
and printing industry as well as for display manufacturers
- with permanently increasing success. This is not
only reflected in the enterprise’s development but also
in the customers’ reactions. One example are the regular
meetings for users of new software tools which lure
the ERPA Software users to Göttingen once a year - and
their number is permanently increasing.
On 19th October, the seventh and with 120 participants
until now the largest meeting for users of the ERPA 2D
and 3D software took place in Göttingen. This software
offers the user completely new possibilities to develop
packings faster and more effectively at the monitor. The
participants came from all over Germany and some
neighbouring countries in order to test for instance the
new flagship, the VPACK® version V10. “We are very
pleased about the increasing resonance to our customer
service”, says André König, managing partner at
ERPA. “The meeting which provides a really personal
exchange of information has developed into an important
element of our customer relations.”
ERPA Systeme GmbH in Göttingen has become the
leading seller of 2D and 3D system and software solutions
as well as solutions for the optimization of working
processes for the packaging industry through-out the
German-speaking area within the past 25 years. In addition,
there is the software for optimum capacity utilization
of packing sizes on transport receptacles like pallets
or in containers. “Our success consists of two main pillars:
We create very innovative solutions and our reliable
team realizes the customers’ requests at short notice”,
says König. At ERPA twelve collaborators are currently
working in programming, the technical and commercial
sectors. Besides, there are freelance programmers as
well as student collaborators having the latest knowhow.
Over the past 25 years ERPA has built a wide
spectrum of products and services. Their program is
rounded off by regular updates as well as data bank and
server supported applications linking the CAD data with
a goods management program and thus enabling faster
calculation of packings. Customers can purchase single
products or complete systems: software, hardware and

Seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 1983 bietet die ERPA Systeme
GmbH Software- und Systemlösungen für die
Verpackungs- und Druckindustrie sowie Display-Hersteller
an - mit stetig wachsendem Erfolg. Das spiegelt
sich nicht nur in der Unternehmensentwicklung wider,
sondern auch in der Kundenresonanz. Ein Beispiel sind
die regelmäßigen Anwendertreffen für neue Softwaretools,
die einmal im Jahr ERPA Software-Anwender
nach Göttingen locken - und es werden immer mehr.
Am 19. September fand in Göttingen das siebte und
mit 120 Teilnehmern bisher größte Anwendertreffen für
die User der ERPA 2D- und 3D-Software statt. Diese
Software bietet dem Nutzer ganz neue Möglichkeiten,
Verpackungen schneller und effektiver am Monitor zu
entwickeln. Aus ganz Deutschland und einigen Nachbarländern
kamen die Teilnehmer, um beispielsweise das
neue Flaggschiff, die VPACK® Version V10 zu testen.
“Über die steigende Resonanz an unserem Kundenservice
freuen wir uns sehr“, so André König, geschäftsführender
Gesellschafter von ERPA. “Das Treffen mit seinem
sehr persönlichen Informationsaustausch hat sich
zu einem wichtigen Baustein in der Kundenbeziehung
entwickelt.“
Die ERPA Systeme GmbH in Göttingen hat sich in den
vergangenen 25 Jahren im deutschsprachigen Raum
zum führenden Anbieter für 2D- und 3D-System- und
Softwarelösungen und Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen
für die Verpackungsindustrie entwickelt. Hinzu
kommt die Software zur optimalen Auslastung von
Verpackungsgrößen auf Transportmitteln wie auf Paletten
oder in Containern. “Unser Erfolg hat zwei tragende
Säulen: wir kreieren sehr innovative Lösungen und
setzen Kundenanforderungen kurzfristig durch unser
verlässliches Team um“, so König. Bei ERPA sind heute
zwölf Mitarbeiter tätig in der Programmierung, in der
Technik und im kaufmännischen Bereich. Hinzu kommen
freie Programmierer sowie studentische Mitarbeiter
mit neustem Know-how. Über die 25 Jahre hat ERPA
ein breites Produkt- und Dienstleistungsspektrum aufgebaut.
Regelmäßige Updates sowie Datenbank- und
Server-gestützte Applikationen, die die CAD-Daten mit
dem Warenwirtschaftsprogramm verbinden und so ein
schnelleres Kalkulieren von Verpackungen ermöglichen,
