4.11 2 W06 R5 Profound intellectual and multiple disabilities: to move and to be moved Modulverantwortung Lehrende Beatrice Uehli Stauffer Cor Niks Ziele − Students will learn how to work with profound intellectual and multiple disabled persons, e.g. how to make contact, how do I have to behave myself in the activities with this group. − They will learn about the theories we use to explain and design our activities. − They will learn to design special activities for this group and make them more efficient. Inhalte Durchführung Teilnehmerzahl A short introduction how to work with persons with a profound intellectual and multiple disabilities in the gym. Every professional knows how difficult it is to explain to others about the use of movement activities for this group. Most of our explanations are about physical effects and less about the other effects. In our workshop we will connect theories to the activities. It is a framework that helps designing systematically and methodically the motor and physical activities fitting the population, confirmed by theories. 4.12 2 W06 R6 Psychomotor Therapy - some Dutch Methods Modulverantwortung Lehrende Beatrice Uehli Stauffer Tina Bellemans Ziele − Introduction about Psychomotor Therapy as taught in the Netherlands − Learn about 2 or 3 Dutch methodologies we use in general − Learn about your own behavior as an therapist − Learn to deal with (some) behavior problems through our concepts of intervening Inhalte Durchführung Teilnehmerzahl In this lessons you will learn about the Dutch contains of psychomotor therapy. We will exhibit the different populations where psychomotor therapy is common used in the Netherlands. The way of treatment in the profession of Psychomotor therapy. There will be some theory about the different methodologies and we will transfer this theory to practical cases. That means you have to do some role play as a therapist/client in games or exercises.
